Why can't my journey to work consist of some of the action

Why can't my journey to work consist of some of the action in the above teaser from the next Die Hard movie. Also is it just me or has this movie been in production for the last decade as it has been too long in the making. Anyway on to the relevance of this post and it's to do with my adventure to work, I would long for some action but all that happened today is that I left my girls house got rained on and then the hail started.

My umbrella then broke so I am walking to the station holding the remains and what could possible be seen as me wrestling a giant bat with a spear. Get from that the image of me drowned and cold if you can haha. Train journey was good for once as I managed to get the earlier train, now I know it can be done it's time to be consistent with the travelling. I am getting there though, slowly but surely haha...

Bad day in the office

Today was effort as although my day got off to a good start it soon switched, not just for me either as I think everyone had drama. First sign of it was my girl who had the first scenario and then it just seemed to go downhill from there. Work was effort, travelling home was effort, travelling back from home was effort blah haha.

Okay so you get the picture and in all fairness it wasn't that much of a downer but it was a day where nothing went according to plan but at least it ended okay anyway. And I am allowed to see my children tomorrow as well which is good as want to start seeing them a lot more. Been checking out cars and had some direction on what to go for from my brother so hopefully soon you will see some action...

The day after

I enjoyed the company of my children yesterday, was good them being around for the football cheering. As I support Chelsea and their mother Man Utd they already have this 'same old Arsenal, always cheating' mentality instilled into them so they see Arsenal as the enemy haha. Can't believe that John Terry is fine and that the player who injured Terry with the kick to the face Diaby is apparently out for two weeks. Seems that our leader doesn't know when to admit defeat both on the pitch and in his character.

Today was a slow day at work, I think the Arsenal fans kept a low profile. I am never normally one to gloat about my team but I put on my wall near my desk a poster celebrating our win and reserved places for the other trophies. Well I know they would have done the same had Arsenal had won so just letting it out. Hopefully it won't come back to haunt me if we face Arsenal later in the year !!

League Cup dramas

I felt Chelsea at times today lacked creativity, looked for the long ball and seemed pedestrian a lot of the time but we still walk away from Cardiff the League Cup winners. The game itself was quality and the young pretenders set the tempo and it was on the cards that they would get the first goal as it was coming. It was a Michael Owen-esque goal from Theo Walcott and you could see the delight in the whole team. The boy who has a lot of potential clearly has a big future. Chelsea never do it the easy way and it seems this season that we have to concede first before we get into the game. Well if Theo Walcott is the new kid on the block it was down to Drogba who has been the man this season to hit the equaliser. There were shouts for offside but it was clearly onside and a well struck goal.
After the break Arsenal started well again and but Chelsea picked up and pressed but then the game took a twist as John Terry took a boot in the face and that was game over for him. I think it was not just a tense moment for Chelsea fans but England fans as well. JT is our leader and he is made of something else but seeing him hit the deck and the reaction from both teams I feared the worst. He was taken off and replaced by Mikel although it was the other substitute Robben who had the better influence on the game as he crossed to set up Drogba for the winner.

Game, set and match and as with the past I think Arsenal have real problems with losing. Just ask United fans as they've been on the receiving end. They play the beautiful game at times but there was nothing beautiful about their yob antics and I hope the authorities react as they do so quickly with Mourinho and Chelsea. All three players deserved to be sent off and I also believe Fabregas should have gone. The scenes were crazy with Wayne Bridge knocked to the floor and both managers on the pitch. I agree with the Sky pundits as Wenger so often misses what happens he must have seen something to walk out to the centre of the pitch. He was merely a spectator though as it was down to Mourinho to sort out the over reacting Fabregas. Disregarding that though and a great game, 'boring, boring Chelsea' read the papers tomorrow. Reading online just now and John Terry is one of a kind as he is supposedly already back with the team celebrating. One down, three more to go !!

Come on the Blues

With both Chelsea and Arsenal still in the running for a quadruple of silverware this season, something is going to give this afternoon. That's right all roads lead to Cardiff for the first ever all-London League Cup Final. It would be an unlikely quadruple if I am honest as I think both teams are off the pace in the Premiership and the Champions League has still been beyond the reaches of a London club. The war of words has already started with both Mourinho and Wenger exchanging comments through the media. With the real battle on the pitch this afternoon I am hoping for a blue day for all the right reasons.

The Arsenal Kids have done really well with their route to the final and have looked impressive and strong. Our season has been marred by injuries but it's good to reach the first final of the year with whats been perceived as a mixed season. I can't see why though especially as we are still charging on all fronts. Screwing about the Man Utd result yesterday but it only takes one game to turn things around in the Premiership especially as United have to come to the Bridge. Anyway I will be on it later with the match and hopefully we can get the result especially as people at work are itching to stir it up Monday haha !!!

The traveller

Well the day at work was random as there is a piece of tinsel that hangs down above my desk and I couldn't concentrate as it resembled a spider haha. Lunch time came and went and I hit All Saints and I could have spent soo much here but decided to just pick up a TShirt and Cardigan. After work I headed West as wanted to have a look around, Diesel and All Saints are definitely the way as I think they have a quality range and I can see myself spending dollars in there over the coming months. From Selfridges I picked up some new Swears which I think are wicked and some Jeans. Then it was off on my mission, I had printed out a timetable for the trains from Victoria and the minutes seemed to be flying by so after what seemed like an age queuing for a ticket I dashed to pick up some flowers and then ran to the train.

This was a unique train as it would break in half later in the journey, I well needed a shave but decided against it as didn't want to box myself into the toilets with all my bags haha. I just laid up in First Class until the conductor came along and told me to move and 'take my rubbish with me'. Quite a mean thing to say but if he gets off on the power of his job good luck to him. It was a long train journey and an hour and a half later I finally landed in Herne Bay to be greeted by my girl and her dad. She had also been on it with the shopping and looked wicked in what she was wearing.

Quickly had a fix up look sharp at her house and then we descended onto Herne Bay. My walking apparently doesn't fit the bill in Herne Bay because where we turned up and I got out of the car the bouncers questioned me as if I were drunk. Apparently she is a legend here from back in the day and this was confirmed within minutes of our arrival as there were loads of people that recognised her. Some fellas that she knew clearly loved having their picture taken as they got well into it with the posing. Very impressive guys as I will certainly take back with me the poses to show off in Dartford haha.

After going to one bar on the seafront we then moved onto a club that has only recently opened. We were the only ones here I felt proper on it as we jumped around took photos and in all fairness I suppose we looked like tourists ha ha. We had it up and inside the club we felt wicked and lively but I think once we left and hit the fresh air outside we slowly deteriorated until we reached her parents house and just crashed out and went straight to sleep. As we left the club though there were bouncers there who appeared to want to get involved with the camera but after speaking to them it was clear they only wanted to get involved with my girl. Think the caveman approach is done though guys..

Next day we headed for Canterbury and I've never been shopping here before so it was good to venture somewhere new. Was a laugh and when me and my girl were walking around on our own she impressed with the way that she was able to glide across the floor backwards. I think even Michael Jackson would have nodded in appreciation had he seen this haha. In one of the stores in the doorway there were warning signs telling us to be careful of the wet floor. I used this as I sign to pretend I was nearly falling every time we passed through the shop. I thought it was comical anyway and was supportive of the moonwalking where was my support in mimicking the falling haha. I wanted to pick up some new braces but after hitting Topman I got the impression that I was looking more like a fashion disaster than a fashionista. There is a thin line I suppose and I clearly was on the opposing one haha.
After shopping for a few hours I headed home and although my phone ran out of battery and I felt rough I tried to firm it and go out for a couple of hours to see my friends. I think I scared people off though as I was pretending in my bag was my superhero costume and that I was a random. My sister arrived with her friends and I think I left them confused more than anything well a few of them weren't sure who I was anyway. One of her friends wanted me to go Venue but I told her that I had problems with my body and had to be hooked up to a dialysis machine. She in turn believed me and felt really guilty until jumping around with my sister I landed on her foot. Me and my friend headed across the road and here I wound up all the bar staff and the story I rolled off ended up being like an episode of Eastenders. After leaving here I jumped on a bus and had an affectionate moment with a pack of Chavs who were snarling at our bus. The generation of tomorrow, I just can't wait haha. Anyway finally got home and wish that I had stayed with my girl as after all my travelling I would have felt so much better laying next to her. Taxi............

Okay so here is the plot and it's going to be brief; My girl has had aggrevation today from the past and where she feels under it there's only one thing that can be done and you have guessed it she needs TLC from the future. That's take her out as in a night out, never been out and about there before so it's a new experience but as it stands I will do anything for this girl as she's with me and she makes me happy. Does the candle burn to the left

Okay so today was full of mixed emotions and I think I must of touched on everything but a climax haha. That sentence was an icebreaker there and don't think that it's a tone setter as I will probably go on one shortly and drift of course with what I write. Anyway work has been a laugh recently, especially with getting to know the new people as the management really picked some characters that complimented the team. Where I work it feels like we have our own culture and if someone new comes they have to fit in or it just doesn't work. I am part of the technical team and I have been trying to educate for want of a better word systems and what to do. I always get involved with people and over the last month all of our characters have really come into our own.

I can't judge myself as that would be odd but these fellas are a lot of fun to work with. This week especially I have had a laugh with this one guy and he is safe as I know a lot of people guarded about religion but he is open to be challenged. I have learnt about Ramadan, slicing up animals, some event where you throw stones and loads. He is good with the banter and boy he can eat, which is a touch as on the same table another guy must drink through a few gallons of water an hour hahaha. Me and the other guy who hasn't been in this week need to create a talent. Then with our powers combined we could summon Captain Planet to sort out Global Warming hahahaha....

On to tonight and after my journey home it was off to see my children, I am happy that relations between me and their mother appear to have improved. Or maybe she just needed a babysitter either way though it was good to knock on the door and charge into the house to hear them screaming Daddy's here and chase them upstairs. Their mother left within seconds of my arrival so we turned up the music and then got on it with there Heelys (shoes/rollerskates). I hate that my time with them is so short and even more so that the more their mother creates distance from them with me that I find it hard to get into their lives, their daily routines and what they got up to during the last few days. I can't be too ungrateful though as this is a start again and hopefully it will be all good soon.

After taking a few photos I let my boy have a go and it was comical as he kept getting his hands in front of the lens and I think I must have deleted around ten pictures of just his finger haha. It was all going well until someone dropped a smell and I'll let you figure out who it was with the dodgy look on his face haha...

My childrens mum eventually returns after I have put them to bed and after mixed emotions I depart feeling like I have let them all down. I don't know why I should be feeling like this especially when it was her who orchestrated the majority of our relationship and how the ship finally sank. Was reassured by my camp that everything is good and that I do a lot for her and the children that goes unnoticed. Football last night was quality, although there wasn't the hoped result from Chelsea it was still good to pick up the Away goal in the 1-1 draw with Porto. I enjoyed the first half and Porto were really good in spells, shame about the two sides to Ricardo Quaresma as he was amazing at times but then poor with his antics. Onto Liverpool and how I wished that I had put a bet down on Craig Bellamy, this guy annoys the life out of me at times talking away as if he is the best player on the planet, that's all part of his bravado though. And what I like about him if I am honest. Dubbed the nutter with the putter this week due to his drunken antics attacking Riise with a golf club. Come on though who takes a golf club to Karaoke hahaha. Although Barcelona had taken the lead it was fitting that Bellamy and then Riise scored for the club. Anyway just crashing out at the moment and feeling really itchy, need to remember to moisturies the next time I have a sunbed haha. Anyone else out there feel the same haha... Oh well, feel worn out from everything and although I have only touched on topics lightly my arm hurts from typing and I feel tired and alone so going to suck my thumb and think of the future and finish typing suddenly...
