Image via WikipediaHow cold is it? I know I probably write the same thing every January when the working year begins, but I didn't enjoy leaving home this morning to make my journey to the office. Bundled with the cold weather was a thin layer of snow that covered everything in sight. I don't know what it is about snow but it releases the inner child, excitement contained the thought of my hands freezing as I thumbed through my iPhone Playlists. Snow is well known to be like kryptonite to London Transport and with restrictions and cancellations it was always going to be an eventful morning travelling to work.The route I took, and will likely use in future, reminded me of ER with the connecting train that seems to feature most of the time I watch the show. I needed to visit the ER once I arrived in the office to remove the iPhone from my grasp. With it expected to get colder as the week progresses I need to be prepared, just like the episode of Friends where Joey wears Chandler's clothes. Work has been good so far although my colleague made an analogy that currently where in the midst of playing Snakes and Ladders. I have to agree with him, next customer please...
