Have I Got The Wrong Number..

Recent developments at work have been encouraging and I have a renewed ambition but with an increased workload it went off the boil slightly this afternoon. Composure wasn't in our vocabulary because we were in pieces for most of the afternoon.

Trying to meet deadlines and respond to customer escalations was difficult but achieved eventually!

Listening to call observations earlier provided great entertainment! Set up the weekend nicely, I'm already optimistic for next week which I probably wouldn't have said a few months ago. Opportunities have become available to enhance the reputation of the department and my personal brand within the company! I'm certain that with the positive outlook this weekend will be an absolute belter..
